Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
Up to two further older children or adults are charged USD 50.00 per night and person when using existing bedding.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: 100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.
A fixed amount of USD 100 per room will be charged on the day of arrival and is refundable.

Groups: When booking more than 7 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: 12 % Tax is not included.
USD 7.00 service charge per room per night is not included.
City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Internet: Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and costs USD 12.99 per 24 hours.

Meal Plan: Breakfast is not included, breakfast menu is available and costs vary.

Parking: Free private parking is possible on site.

Pets: Pets are not allowed.
